Very knowledgeable salesman

I went in for 100,000 miles service and I found them to be knowledgeable And efficient. They showed me videos of the work that they were doing and work that I needed to get done that I was unaware of they had to keep my car overnight and I needed a ride home which was about 10 miles and the service lady was kind enough to take me home. Also, I’ve gotten a price for this service at a couple of other dealers and they Where the lowest.

Spent a few weeks shopping talked with several dealerships Damian was the only one that followed up with me. Didn't pressure and worked hard until we found the right in my budget. He made the process very enjoyable and easy.

Fast, honest service department Brought my car in for routine service/repair at Maus Nissan. The service advisor kept me updated via text the whole time, explained what actually needed to be done without padding the bill with unnecessary extras, and had me back on the road faster than estimated. Clean waiting area and great communication.

Everyone I worked with was excellent — from Eddie in the service department, to Damian Rhule in sales, to Jeremy Coach in finance. I originally came in with a vehicle that had been hit in an accident, and they worked with me and the other person’s insurance company to help get everything handled and my vehicle fixed. During the process, I brought up the possibility of purchasing a new vehicle, and I really appreciated that they were never pushy. They listened to my concerns, understood my specific situation, answered my questions, and were incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. It was such a different dealership experience, in the best possible way, and I truly appreciated how I was treated from beginning to end. 5 stars all the way! I would absolutely recommend them!
