We made an appointment online, but when we arrived they didn’t have a salesman assigned so James Webb helped us. All went well but such a long process, we had to leave and returned the following day. It took awhile to see Kevin and the only negative point was him not asking us about financing. I had to ask who he was using for financing and what the APR and when he said the rate was over 7% I was floored! He should have asked us before assuming we would be OK with that. The truth is they messed up my air pressure and didn’t rotate my tires properly. The service manager made it right. The reason I gave five stars is because he didn’t give me a problem fixing the issue.

This dealership has been the best from day one. The option to have my truck picked up and maintenance performed while I’m at work is the best. When all I want is the included Maus care service I’m not pressured to spend more. My only regret is that the Titan has been discontinued and I won’t ever be able to upgrade when it’s time.

Everything was good, except i never received a notice as to when the service was finished. If Brad had not walked through the waiting room and saw me sitting there, I would not have known the work was complete. I did not receive text or voice mail and I was in the waiting room the entire time, about 2 1/2 hours.

I like maus.. I just wasn't a huge fan of how they didn't have what MM my rear brakes were at when I first got my car last year on August 7th in the system. Or what MM my front brakes were at. On top of that, I was told by skeleton that they would give me a packet with everything that was inspected on Saturday and I never got it. But other than that, I love the maus care.. especially the free oil change and tire rotations!
