The only reason they are getting a one is because they gave me a loaner while they worked on my car for over a month. Service Associate Fatin received me and got right to signing me in and getting my vehicle in for service. She would come back to go through the video sent and inform me of additional service I was pleased to hear about and aquire. As a customer service associate my self I greatly appreciate excellent service.
I love taking my car here to have any maintenance done. Everyone is great to work with. Professional and polite. My favorite Service Advisor is Britton M. He makes sure, in terms I can understand, what something means and what it does for my vehicle. Then I can make an educated decision on what to have completed when I’m there and what I can complete on my next visit. Nothing but great things to say about this dealership and Britton.

Tire rotation and balancing service. I knew I needed new tires so I also took advantage of purchasing buy 3 get one free. I was not given the choice as to what brand tire I wanted. The dealership made that choice for me. I would've liked to have made a comparable choice. I've always picked out which tires I preferred. I brought my grandma's car in to have an issue with the braking system looked at, and the staff was nothing short of amazing. Brad, my service advisor, literally took me into the shop to show me what was wrong with the car, which I really appreciated.
