What’s New for 2022

We are going to take a look at the Nissan Frontier SV, but don’t worry, we are going to explore the more luxurious PRO-4X too!

The Frontier SV is Nissan’s mid-grade truck, but it is loaded with options such as charcoal black leather seats, and a moonroof and Fender audio system in the Frontier SV Premium Package.

The SV Convenience package includes a technology pack and cloth seats, but it comes with adaptive cruise control, automatic high beams, remote start, and a Utili-Track system in the truck bed.

Nissan also uses much more sound insulation inside the 2022 Frontier, making it much quieter. Trick hydraulic cab mounts reduce cabin vibration, plus there is new thicker carpet and limited side glass in the front doors.

Interior Features

When you climb into the truck, the center stack is logically laid out and loaded with buttons, knobs, and switches. There is a 9-inch touchscreen with a shiny black surround. The gauges are large and easy to read too!

The Frontier’s interior is full of ergonomic amenities too. Visibility is excellent even over the Frontier’s tall, long, hood. The seats are very comfortable and feature Nissan’s Zero Gravity seat technology. Plus, there is plenty of interior storage to tuck personal belongings away while on a road trip. Nice!

Frontier PRO-4X

If you want a mid-size truck with off-road capabilities and an interior with a touch of flair, the PRO-4X will be perfect for you!

It comes with vibrant red accents inside, including the red Nissan logo and contrasting red stitching on the seats in some models. Plus, it has a six-way power driver’s seat with two-way lumbar support, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, chrome door handles, and PRO-4X carpeted mats.

Convenience is the name of the game in the PRO-4X. It includes features like:

• Dual-zone automatic temperature control
• Nissan’s Intelligent Key
• Push button ignition
• Sun visors with illuminated mirrors
• Four cup holders
• Overhead storage for sunglasses

Plus, with the PRO-4X convenience package, you will get the Intelligent Around View Monitor with Off-road mode which enables a 360-degree camera view that is helpful on tight trails while off-roading.

Crew Cab + King Cab

With the Frontier Crew Cab, you get seating for five and a 60/40 split rear bench that folds to create a large, flat surface. When you want to keep items out of sight but still in reach, the rear seats flip up to reveal additional cargo space.

The Frontier King Cab sits four and is equipped with rear-swinging pillarless rear doors that provide an opening for larger cargo. Plus, you get more usable space with two rear seats that face forward to flip out of the way if you need to haul cargo or suitcases.
