The Exciting & Redesigned 2025 Nissan Kicks

If you’re a fan of the Nissan Kicks, you’ll be excited to know that it has been redesigned for the 2025 model year!

Nissan has been working through their lineup and is updating several of their vehicles, the Kicks being one of them. Our team at Maus Nissan of North Tampa couldn’t be more excited about these upgrades and shares some of our favorite features today in this guide.

Let’s get to it with a little insight from our friends at Raiti’s Rides!

So What’s Changed for 2025?

If you’re looking for a new sub-compact SUV, then the Nissan Kicks should be on your list! For 2025, the Kicks is slightly larger than its predecessor and has a clean modern exterior with full multi-LED headlights, signature daytime running lamps, a stylized sneaker-style kick panel, and a broad front-end grille with the updated Nissan badge. This grille also incorporates a forward-facing grille.

Plus, for the first time, the Kicks is available in all-wheel drive. The new model is available in S, SV, and SR trims, and includes premium technology and amenities at the SV and SR levels.

The 19-inch wheels have been completely redesigned with aluminum accents and black ridging. Plus the new 2025 Kicks has revised suspension and chassis work giving drivers a more rigid and connected driving experience.

Looking toward the back you’ll see a long roof spoiler and bright silver roof rails and then full LED taillights and the Kicks badging on the back in satin gray.

Interior

The door panels have all-new accent stitching and soft-touch materials throughout. These soft-touch materials are also used on the dashboard with two-tone stitching and faux carbon fiber accents.

The center display console is an all-new 12.3-inch infotainment system, plus a real volume knob, and with the touch of a button, the 360 camera will engage and offers super clear resolution.

Wireless charging is included, plus heated seats and two USB-Cs. Plus, there’s a Bose sound system with speakers in the headrest and Zero Gravity seats.

Backseat Comfort + Cargo

You may be thinking that in such a small subcompact SUV the head and legroom in the backseat would leave something be to desired, but you’d be wrong this time! The Kicks offers ample leg and headroom even for your tallest friends and family.

There is a 60/40 split that maximizes the cargo space in the Kicks, plus it has several cubbies that you can store groceries in on the way home.

Performance

The engine is a transversely mounted 2.0-liter inline-four that produces 141 horsepower and 140 lb-ft of torque. This is all paired with a six-speed CVT automatic transmission.

The Kicks also comes with a leather-wrapped flat-bottom steering wheel and several drive modes.

Ready to Test Drive the 2025 Kicks?

We know you’re excited to take the 2025 Kicks for a test drive, but you’ll have to wait until it hits showroom floors this summer. Though we don’t know the exact price point, the outgoing model starts at $20,790 MSRP.

We’re excited that Nissan has improved this small SUV for the 2025 year and can’t wait to get behind the wheel for a test drive. Mark your calendars for this summer, and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team at Maus Nissan of North Tampa. Give us a call at (813) 800-6287!
