The New 2024 Nissan Ariya e-4ORCE: Video Review

The Nissan Ariya is fast becoming one of the most popular electric vehicles today. With an amazing amount of space, range, power, and style, it is far superior to other EVs on the market. Plus, it is available in front and all-wheel drive configurations and has a driving range of 265 to 304 miles.

What is the Ariya e-4ORCE?

The Nissan Ariya e-4ORCE is an all-wheel drive crossover SUV, and of course, it’s all-electric too! It uses dual electric motors to power all four wheels.

• The “e” = the 100% electric motor drive system
• The “4ORCE” = the vehicle’s power and energy, and the 4 represents the all-wheel drive

This specific model comes equipped with dual 389-horsepower electric motors with a driving range of 267 miles. It can go from 0-60 mph in just 4.9 seconds and can tow up to 1,500 pounds. It also comes in with a top speed of 124 mph.

There are also two different battery packers offered, a 63-kWh pack, and a 87 kWh pack.

Charging

The charging port for the Ariya e-4ORCE is located on the passenger-side front fender and comes with a CCS combo port for fast charging and accepts up to 130 kilowatts. It also comes with an NAC adapter so drivers can charge their Ariya’s at Tesla superchargers. Nissan plans to adopt the NAC plug in the 2025 model year, so stay tuned!

The Ariya has an onboard charger at 7.2 KW which will charge from 10-100% in 14 hours on a level two charger. If drivers would rather use DC fast charging, the Ariya will accept a 130 KW charger, which charges from 10-80% in about 40 minutes.

Exterior Styling

The Ariya comes in an array of colors including:

• Passion Red Tricoat / Black Metallic

We especially like the look of the two-tone options with the Black Diamond Metallic roof color!

The overall design aesthetic is based on what Nissan calls “Timeless Japanese Futurism,” which we love! The front end is dominated by a unique grille shield and slim LED lighting. Plus, it comes with a hands-free liftgate!

Other exterior features include:

• LED headlights, taillights, daytime running lights, and fog lights
• Power panoramic moonroof
• 19-inch aluminum alloy wheels or upgraded 20-inch wheels
• Heated outside mirrors that are dual power-folding

Interior Features

You don’t often find a quiet cabin in an EV, but with the Nissan Ariya, you will! It seats five people in its two-row seating configuration and offers super comfortable Zero-Gravity seats. Cargo-wise, it offers 59.6 cubic feet of cargo.

It also has a spacious cabin thanks to the location of the batteries. Plus, it has sound-dampening materials throughout the cabin that further enhance the serene driving experience.

Other interior features include:

• Either cloth or leather-appointed seating
• Cooled front seats
• Power tile and telescoping steering wheel with memory functions
• Blue Gray, Light Gray, or Charcoal interior colors
• Sliding center console
• 60/40 split fold-down rear seats

Technology

When driving the Ariya, buyers will be totally in command with an intuitive digital dashboard, voice controls, and remote software.

It’s true! Technology is at the forefront of design inside the Ariya e-4ORCE with large dual displays, built-in Amazon Alexa, and wireless phone integration. Plus, it has an available head-up display to help keep your eyes on the road.
